As Director of Asset Management, Nick Tzavis brings a unique blend of experience and enthusiasm to his role. Raised in Rockland County, Nick pursued a degree in Economics from Binghamton University, and his real estate career began when he assumed the role of Leasing Associate at a prominent student apartment complex.

Over the subsequent eight years, Mr. Tzavis' commitment to excellence propelled him through the ranks of the apartment management industry. Starting as a Leasing Associate, he rapidly advanced through the roles of Property Manager, Operations Specialist, and Operations Director within a growing national apartment management company. These formative years not only honed his real estate business skills but also ignited a passion for travel that remains a central driving force in his life.

In 2021, Mr. Tzavis' extensive experience in property management and leasing seamlessly transitioned into his current role at Symphony Wireless. Originally the inaugural member of the Asset Management team, Mr. Tzavis' team oversees all leasing and property management efforts for Symphony’s portfolio of assets and manages the long-term relationships with our partner site owners and customers. His ability to devise efficient procedures underscores his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving value to Symphony’s assets.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Tzavis' zest for life is evident, and he has amassed a collection of unforgettable memories. His enthusiasm for travel led him to witness Croatia's World Cup journey in 2018, embark on a sunrise hot air balloon ride in Turkey, reconnect with family members in Crete, Greece and hike Machu Picchu among other cherished experiences.
