Shannon holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Jurisprudence from Tulane Law School, combining HR expertise with legal knowledge to effectively support organizational goals.

With a comprehensive background in various HR functions, Shannon has successfully managed performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and onboarding strategies.
